We are pleased to announce what we believe is a great architectural compliment to this community. We made great effort to build a high quality project with great design. The architectural team of Clemmons Architecture and Rojo Architecture produced a very innovate product.

The project was designed, developed and constructed by the South Tampa development firm. Mr.  James Landers’ firm developed the 15 unit development over the past 12 months. Located on 5^th Avenue South in downtown Saint Petersburg, the area has witnessed several new projects sprout up over the past 18 months largely based on its’ proximity to USF St. Petersburg. “The area is certainly a growth area for the city.
